Frequently Asked Questions:
If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and also made-to-order items, those items are arriving from two different locations and must ship separately. In this case, you will receive two or more packages shipping from different locations.
Sticker orders are shipped with letter mail and do not receive a tracking number. Prints and larger items (or stickers that ship with larger orders) will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
If there is something wrong with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please note we cannot be responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.
- Buyer's remorse
- Wrongly ordered sizes for made-to-order products. We make everything on-demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Please note that all garments have a size guide attached to them, so consult that before ordering and size up if you are between sizes.
Due to issues applying for VAT, I can only take UK and EU orders via my Etsy shop. If there are any listings here that you don't see over there, let me know and I'll list them as soon as I can!
